Aseem Global announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 March 2016, has considered and approved the following:1. Taking note of the resignation of Mudit Rastogi from the post of Whole Time Director, Chief Financial Officer(CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 15 February 2016;
2. Resignation of Narender Sigh Chauhan, from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 10 March 2016.
3. Taking note of the resignation of Tanuj Rastogi, from the post of Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 15 March 2016;
4. Appointment of Narender Kumar as Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer(CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f 28 March 2016;
5. Appointment of Ram Dhiraj as Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 28 March 2016.
