Saif Ali Khan-fronted epic action drama "Laal Kaptaan" is set to have a worldwide release on September 6. The film, produced by Eros International and Aanand L Rai's Colour Yellow Productions, will feature Saif in the role of a naga sadhu out on a journey ridden with drama, revenge and deceit. "Saif is a gifted actor and this script allows him to showcase his talent like never before. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Emma Higgins is directing the feature from her own script. The two actors will play sisters who return home for the first time since their mother's death and reconnect on a trek of the vast Norwegian fjords. "When their guide mysteriously disappears, they realise that trying to outrun the horrors of their past is just as futile as escaping watch is waiting in the darkness," the plot synopsis read. The film revolves around self-proclaimed occult expert Dr Steven Caramore (Johnson), who makes a living debunking claims of possession, haunting and anything supernatural. When a friend (Fehr) accused of murder claims he was possessed by a demon, Caramore has to test his own beliefs. Hannah plays his lawyer. He died of heart failure in the south of France.
