Confidence Petroleum allots 1.01 cr equity shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Confidence Petroleum India at its meeting held on 14 March 2021 has allotted 1,01,76,923 equity shares on conversion of warrants.

Post allotment of the equity shares, the paid up share capital of the company has increased to Rs 28.40 crore
