The Board of JMC Projects (India) at its meeting held on 21 September 2022 has approved fund raising up to Rs 200 crore by way of issue of Listed, Rated, Secured/Unsecured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the Company on private placement basis, in one or more tranches/ series.
