Roshan Taneja, who trained scores of Hindi film actors including the likes of Shabana Azmi, Naseeruddin Shah, Jaya Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Shatrughan Sinha, has died, said a family member. He was 87.

Boney Kapoor shared an emotional tweet on the release of late actor Sridevi's last film 'Mom' in China on Friday.Boney Kapoor took to his Twitter handle to express his feelings. Hollywood icon Judy Garland biopic's trailer out

First trailer of upcoming Judy Garland biopic starring Renee Zellweger as the late actress, has been released by Roadside Attractions.The film is set to hit theaters on 27 September this year.The one-minute and twenty-nine-second trailer which released on Friday features Renee, touching down in London for a series of sold-out concerts at the Talk of the Town nightclub.According to Hollywood Reporter, the film portrays Judy Garland's final days before she died from an accidental drug overdose at age 47 in June 1969, while living in the U.K.Renee Zellweger revealed in an interview that she involved two hours per day to transform into the Hollywood icon - Judy Garland. The procedure included undergoing hair, makeup application, including contact lenses, wigs, and a near-identical wardrobe."It was such a joy learning about the magnificence of this person. I always admired her. She was so quick and so funny. She could hit the ball back with the best of them," Zellweger concluded.

Google officially brings podcasts to Search results

At the Google I/O 2019, the search giant promised to include podcasts in its search results and now, it seems the feature is finally rolling out.According to 9to5 Google, Google Podcasts is showing on the web for iOS and Android on a number of devices. The feature shows podcast results with relevant episodes instead of just the title. One can listen in directly from the search results page or save an episode for later.Podcasts do not require one to sign in to the Google Account. On the desktop version, access to one's subscriptions is available through Google Search results.

IIMC extends last date to apply for PG diploma courses

The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has extended the last date to apply for its various Post Graduate Diploma programmes till May 15 from the earlier date of May 12. The institute had been receiving requests for extension of last date, particularly from students in Odisha and adjoining states, where communication services were badly affected due to severe cyclonic storm 'Fani', a press release said. Admissions have been announced for 476 seats across IIMC's six campuses in Delhi, Dhenkanal (Odisha), Aizawl (Mizoram), Jammu (J&K), Amravati (Maharashtra) and Kottayam (Kerala). The institute has also introduced 10 per cent quota for the economically weaker section. The selection for the IIMC PG Diploma courses will be through a national-level entrance examination comprising a descriptive written test, a group discussion and an interview.
