IRB Infra Q2 results: Net profit rises 41% to ₹141 cr, revenue grows 11%

IRB Infrastructure Developers on Wednesday reported a 41 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 141 crore for the September quarter. The company had clocked a net profit of Rs 100 crore in the year-ago period, it said in a regulatory filing. Total income during the second quarter of the current fiscal year rose to Rs 1,800 crore from Rs 1,752 crore a year ago. The company said it also declared an interim dividend of 7 per cent in a board meeting on Wednesday to announce the financial results for Q2FY26. IRB Infrastructure Developers Chairman & Managing Director Virendra D Mhaiskar said, "The first half of the year, particularly Q2, continued to demonstrate strong momentum in toll revenue growth, despite a severe and extended monsoon period." "We have also successfully completed the sale of three assets, in line with our B.E.S.T. IRB Infra reports 12% increase in toll revenue to ₹563 crore in August

IRB Infrastructure on Monday said its toll revenue rose by 12 per cent to Rs 563 crore in August 2025 compared to the year-ago month. Toll collection revenues stood at Rs 503 crore in the same month last year, IRB said in an exchange filing. Of its 17 tolls, IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra contributed a significant share of Rs 147.7 crore to the total revenue collection in August, up from Rs 142.1 crore contribution in August 2024. With Rs 73.7 crore, IRB Golconda Expressway (Hyderabad ORR) was the second largest contributor to the revenues in August 2025, up from Rs 68.7 crore last year. Contribution of IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway rose to Rs 69.1 crore from Rs 57.5 crore in August 2024, which is the third largest in the aggregate toll collection, it said. IRB Infra reports 23% rise in toll revenue at Rs 6,360 cr in FY25

IRB Infrastructure has posted 23 per cent year-on rise in its toll revenue to Rs 6,360 crore for financial year 2024-25. Revenue from the toll collection business stood at Rs 5,169 crore in the preceding 2023-24 fiscal year, IRB said in an exchange filing on Tuesday. In March, revenue from toll was at Rs 557 crore, a rise of 16 per cent over Rs 481 crore in the same month last year. Of its 17 tolls, IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra contributed the major share of Rs 1,754.4 crore to the total revenue collection in FY25, followed by IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway, which contributed Rs 762.1 crore, it said. With Rs 376.1 crore, CG Tollway (Chittorgarh to Gulabpura NH 79) was the third-largest contributor to the revenues in FY25. IRB Infrastructure on Monday posted a 20 per cent year-on-year rise in toll revenue to Rs 559.7 crore in January. Revenues from the toll collection business stood at Rs 466.8 crore in the same month last year, IRB said in an exchange filing. Of its 17 tolls, the IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra contributed the major share of Rs 155.2 crore to the total revenue collection in January, followed by IRB Ahmedabad-Vadodara Super Express Tollway, which contributed Rs 69.9 crore, it said. IRB Infrastructure has posted a 21 per cent rise in its toll revenue to Rs 539.6 crore in October. Revenues from the toll collection business stood at Rs 447.8 crore a year ago, IRB said in an exchange filing on Thursday. Of its 17 tolls, IRB MP Expressway in Maharashtra contributed the major share of Rs 142.6 crore to the total revenue collection, followed by IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway, which contributed Rs 66.2 crore, it said. IRB Infrastructures Developers Q1 results: Net profit up 5% at Rs 140 cr

IRB Infrastructures Developers Ltd on Friday posted around 5 per cent rise in consolidated profit after tax to Rs 140 crore during June quarter on account of higher income. It had reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 134 crore in the April-June quarter of preceding 2023-24 financial year, the company said in an exchange filing. The company's total income rose to Rs 1,972 crore in the reporting quarter from Rs 1,745 crore in the year-ago period, registering an increase of 13 per cent. In a separate statement, Virendra D. Cintra receives CCI's approval to acquire 24% stake in IRB Infra Trust

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) on Tuesday said it has approved Cintra's proposed acquisition of 24 per cent unitholding in IRB Infrastructure Trust and MMK Toll Road Pvt Ltd. Cintra InvIT Investments BV (Cintra SPV 1) and Cintra IM Investments BV (Cintra SPV 2) collectively belong to the Netherlands-based Ferrovial group. "The proposed combination involves the acquisition of approximately 24 per cent of the issued and outstanding unitholding (on a fully-diluted basis) along with certain commercially negotiated rights in the Private InvIT (IRB Infra Trust) by Cintra SPV 1. "Simultaneous acquisition of approximately 24 per cent equity shareholding along with the right to nominate a director on the board of directors of the IM of the Private InvIT by Cintra SPV 2," CCI said in a release.
