Even after the Centre gave over Rs two lakh crore to Telangana, the state has plunged into a debt trap, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said on Sunday and claimed that the K Chandrasekhar Rao-led government was anti-farmer. He alleged that the Centre has not decided on the share of river water even after eight years since Telangana's formation. Political temperature has raised in Telangana as the outcome of the upcoming bypoll to Munugode Assembly segment is expected to give a perceptual edge to the winner ahead of next year's Assembly elections.
