Here's a new peppy number from 'Manmarziyaan'

Bollywood actor Taapsee Pannu unveiled a new peppy track from her upcoming movie 'Manmarziyaan' titled 'Dhayaan Chand'.The quirky song is all about Tapsee's character Rumi being angry with boyfriend Vicky, played by Vicky Kaushal. The 'Sanju' actor has perfomed some energetic desi dance moves in the song.Sung by Vijay Kamla and Nikita Gandhi, the track has been composed by Amit Trivedi and penned by Shelle.Also starring Abhishek Bachchan, 'Manmarziyaan' will see him return to the big screen after a gap of two years as he was last seen in the 2016 rom-com 'Housefull 3'.Directed by Anurag Kashyap, the flick will hit the big screens on September 14.

Chadwick Boseman wants Best Picture Oscar for 'Black Panther', not Popular Film

Actor Chadwick Boseman says he wants "Black Panther" to win the Best Picture Oscar, not the Popular Film award. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has added the "outstanding achievement in popular film" category this year, but have yet to announce the criteria. "We don't know what it (the new prize) is, so I don't know whether to be happy about it or not. What I can say is that there's no campaign for popular film; like, if there's a campaign, it's for best picture, and that's all there is to it," Boseman told The Hollywood Reporter's Scott Feinberg during a recent episode of the publication's Awards Chatter podcast. Harshvardhan Kapoor, who will be playing the role of Olympic gold medalist Abhinav Bindra, feels the responsibility is more while doing a biopic. Lana Del Rey cancels Israel performance

Singer Lana Del Rey has cancelled her Israel Meteor Festival concert just a week before the scheduled performance. The singer said she was delaying her show "until a time when I can schedule visits for both my Israeli and Palestinian fans." In a statement posted on social media, Del Rey said, "It's important to me to perform in both Palestine and Israel and treat all my fans equally. Therefore, I'm postponing my appearance at the Meteor Festival." Lana Del Rey cancels Israeli tour

Lana Del Rey has cancelled her gig in Israel' Meteor festival as she believes in treating her fans equally. She was expected to perform at the event on September 07.On Friday, she took to social media to confirm the news. This comes after her fans in Palestine demanded her to perform for them too, as per The Hollywood Reporter.She tweeted that she cancelled her show because it is important for her to "perform in both Palestine and Israel" and to treat her "fans equally".She also cited that one of the primary reasons for the cancellation was that she was unable to set up two simultaneous performances on such a short notice.Reportedly, she was already paid a fee of 700,000 USD for her performance.Had she not cancelled the gig, it would have been Del Rey's first appearance in Israel since 2014, when she had to cancel her tour to the country owing to similar reasons.
